So, What Does "Normal" Mean?

Normal meaning, ten paragraphs of text, 5-7 graphics. I do not define this to hold you back or get you to buy a website instead. I define this because anymore would be considered bad web design. Think about it - when you're looking at someone's website, will YOU scroll down to read much more than ten paragraphs? Actually, most of us won't read more than 2-3 paragraphs. Writing for the web is a lot different than writing papers, letters, etc. You have to keep it short and consise or your viewer will click elsewhere. 5-7 graphics is a good number to have. Anymore than that and you could be causing visitors to click away for your site because your page loads slow. Again, your goal is to impress your visitors with a few great pictures, not frustrate them with many slow-loading pictures.
